text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;\">1974年，严兆江出生在海东市平安区三合镇新安村。在他的童年记忆里，母亲总是在做月饼。那个年代，红糖还是稀罕物，他的母亲总会用粮票换点红糖，在中秋节做一个红糖大月饼。“我现在还记得那种味道，红糖的甜和面粉的麦香混在一起，咬一口，满嘴都是香味。”严兆江回忆说。</p><p style=\"text-align:justify; margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;\">高中毕业后，严兆江离开家乡，开过餐馆、卖过熟食，存下了一些积蓄。兜兜转转，他又回到了家乡。“我想把母亲的手艺接过来，让更多人能吃上正宗的平安月饼。”严兆江说。2016年，严兆江回到村里，接手了母亲的馍馍铺。他一边收购麦子磨面销售，一边用自家面粉制作大月饼。</p><p style=\"text-align:justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;\">一开始，大月饼并不好卖。他的店铺在公路边，偶尔有游客路过，一天能卖出一两个就算不错了。到了2020年，他开始每天凌晨起来做大月饼，然后装车赶往西宁五一早市摆摊，一坚持就是七八个月。从馍馍铺到早市地摊，“老严哥平安月饼”的口碑和品牌就这样在起早贪黑中慢慢做了起来。</p><p style=\"text-align:justify; text-indent: 2em; margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;\">后来，“老严哥平安月饼”制作技艺被列入海东市第三批非物质文化遗产代表作名录。严兆江成为海东市平安区非物质文化遗产项目平安月饼制作技艺代表性传承人，并入选省级乡村工匠名单。从夫妻二人起早贪黑，到如今拥有6家销售门店、5个合作生产点，季节性用工25人至50人，每年带动就业130余人次，严兆江用了近10年。</p><p style=\"text-align:justify; outline: none !important; padding: 0px; list-style-type: none; color: rgb(102, 102, 102); background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);\">如今，在严兆江的店铺内，多款彩色手工月饼摆满展台，红色来自红心火龙果榨汁，绿色取自菠菜榨汁，黄色来自贝贝南瓜蒸熟后打成的泥。和面时，他把发酵粉换成老酵面，又加了些奶粉，蒸出来的馒头多了筋道和麦香。“吃进嘴里得有嚼头，还得有回味。”严兆江说。</p><p style=\"text-align:justify; margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;\">祝寿花馍、升学花馍、婚庆花馍……一款款定制化特色产品陆续上新。祝寿花馍点缀手工捏制的石榴、苹果、福袋、牡丹造型，寓意多子多福、平安顺遂、福气满满，底部搭配不同规格大月饼，宴席过后切块可供宾客随手带走；升学花馍承载金榜题名的美好祝愿；婚庆花馍寄托新婚美满、相守一生的真挚祝福。结合各类传统节日与特色节点，团队还创意研发玫瑰花束、菊花造型等节日花馍。除此之外，多款健康营养餐包同步面市，“五黑”餐包、青稞咸香馒头、紫薯包……低糖低油、健康无负担，老少皆宜。</p><p style=\"text-align:justify; margin-top: 10px; margin-bottom: 10px; line-height: 1.75em;\">这几天刚忙完五一假期的大月饼订单，张英春和其他面点师傅又开始赶做母亲节的花束订单。“我们已经收到20多个花束订单了。”张英春说，做玫瑰花馍的面团是用牛奶和全脂奶粉和的，一滴水都不加。红色的花朵用火龙果汁调，绿色的叶子用菠菜汁。制作时，先用手把面团捏成花朵形状，醒发好了上锅蒸熟，蒸熟后再配上用面做好的绿叶。动作快的话，一个下午就能做出几十朵。</p><p style=\"text-align:justify;
